Our No. 1 goal is Five Star Customer Satisfaction. In the event that a problem arises with your purchase, please read our return policy below. If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original packaging and must be in new, unused condition. If your item or machine begins to experience issues during use, please contact us and we can refer you to the manufacturer for warranty assistance. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. A restocking fee will apply as indicated below and starts once you receive the item:

0-30 Days: 15% Restocking Fee
31+ Days: No Returns Accepted

For an item that is sold "AS IS - NO RETURNS" or "Special Order - No Returns", the product cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure to read the product condition and review the photos carefully before buying. This will be indicated in the item's description.

Order Cancellations:

For an item that is ordered but is not yet shipped, the order can be cancelled by request with a 5% transaction fee. The payment will be refunded within 24 hours to the payment method used to purchase the item.

To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Please contact us to request an RMA. Please include your E-Mail Address, Item Number and a detailed explanation of reason for your return request. Please note returns will not be processed without a valid RMA #.
